Sound Healing Practitioner

What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is an ancient holistic practice that allows your body to fall into a state of deep relaxation.

A sound bath is the feeling of sound “washing over you” in an immersive experience. No water is involved, and this is a touch-free , fully clothed experience.

What are the benefits?

Sound healing may provide help with:

anxiety

depression

stress

fatigue

chronic pain

hormonal regulation

increased immune function.

Sound healing operates by stimulating our parasympathetic nervous system, influencing our brain waves. This serves to offset our fight or flight reactions, enabling our body to enter a state of profound relaxation often likened to a dreamlike state.
